    We’re flexible, and custom dimensions are always welcome.

  • Ply refers to how many strands of yarn are spun together.

    Different plies offer different weights and textures:

    • 2-ply: light and airy

    • 4-ply: warmer and fuller

    • 6-ply: rich, lush, and ideal for interior textiles

  • Most orders take 4–6 weeks, and custom pieces may take a little longer.

    We’ll always share a timeline before we begin.

  • We don’t have a minimum requirement for sampling.

    For production, we follow tiered pricing depending on quantity.

    We work comfortably with both small studios and larger design firms.

  • Cashmere is naturally resilient.

    For longevity, we recommend:

    • Dry cleaning for deep cleaning

    • Cold, gentle hand wash only when needed

    • Lay flat to dry

    • Store folded, not hung

    A soft brush or de-piller can be used occasionally.
