1. Inquiry & Concept Discussion: Share your vision with us. Reach out via the form below or by email/phone to tell us what you’re looking for, be it custom throws for a chalet, matching blankets for a hotel chain, or personalized client gifts.

2. Design Consultation: Let’s talk details. In this phase, we’ll discuss colors, weaves, sizes, timelines, and any inspiration references you have.

3. Swatches & Sampling: Touch and see the options. After narrowing down, we’ll send you a Trade Swatch Kit of small fabric samples of the chosen colors/weaves, and perhaps a strike-off (mini prototype) if the project is large. For example, if you’re designing a custom pattern throw, we can weave a sample section for your approval. These tactile samples help ensure the piece aligns with your design intent.

4. Quotation & Approval: Transparent pricing, no surprises. We’ll present a detailed quote outlining costs per unit, bulk discounts if applicable, shipping estimates, and production lead time.

5. Crafting Your Order: Our artisans get to work. This is where the magic happens in our Kathmandu workshop. Depending on quantity and complexity, production can take 4-8 weeks. We will keep you updated on progress. If it’s a sizable order, we can share behind-the-scenes snapshots, as some designers love showing these to clients as part of the product story!

6. Delivery & Installation: From our atelier to your project. Upon completion, each item is carefully inspected, pressed, and prepared for shipment. We can label or package pieces to your specifications (need them unbranded or with your store’s tags? Just let us know). We coordinate shipping to meet your deadline, whether it’s delivery to a residence or bulk shipping to your warehouse. We remain available for any support needed upon delivery.

- Minimum Order: No strict minimum for custom pieces, yes, we will gladly make one special throw for your client. For bulk orders (50+ units), we can explore special pricing.

- Customization Capabilities: We can custom-dye yarn to match a specific color (Pantone or fabric sample), develop new weave patterns, incorporate logos or monograms, and produce special sizes (from oversized bed throws to smaller travel blankets). If you can dream it, we’ll do our utmost to weave it.

- Trade Registration: To register as a trade client, simply contact us with your business details (website or business ID). We’ll set up a profile for you so that future inquiries and orders are streamlined under trade terms.

- Privacy & White Label: We respect that sometimes our work will be behind-the-scenes. We are happy to produce white-label (no Arihant branding) if you intend to rebrand the items for a project or retail. Discretion is assured.

- Samples Library: Once you’re in our trade program, you’ll receive our Designer’s Swatch Box, a curated set of mini swatches of our most popular cashmere colors and weaves. Keep it in your materials library for convenient client presentations. We refresh these seasonally for our regular partners.
